Saturday BARFette - 1/4/03

From Mira B/S:

"Some people are great, some people are not, like the one that backed into my Spider this morning mashing my hood and marking my bumper and then driving off without leaving a note so me and my insurance company can pay to repair their clumsiness. It was a nice morning otherwise.

Dan Loomis, BARF master, and I along with his friend Kris, took advantage of a break in the rains to meet for breakfast at an awesome little place in San Rafael. Don't remember the name of it [Theresa & Johnny's Comfort Food] but the tequilla spiced chicken sausage was great and the cute young waitress was really good and kept rubbing her hand on my back and calling me "Love", which worked for me since I turn 40 this year. By the way do you now how to tell if you are getting old? You realize that you are more than half Pismo Jack's age!

Anyway, peoples goodness, or at least Kelly Dicker's inate goodness carried the day. We went by Wine Country Motors to pay a visit and guess who offered up a good 2 liter big bump hood, and wouldn't take anything in return? Yes, our own KD. What a guy, I appreciate it.
